Interacting with White South African's

I see on many mainstreams and well-known news channel's and newspapers talk about South Africa's new law to distribute white minority farmers land among African majority. So I got to speak about this topic to white minority couple which they gladly talked about saying it has nothing to do about improving the living standard of African people but to keep the ruling political party A.N.C ( African National Congress) in power, because finally that people have realized that the former president from the same A.N.C party faced multiple corruption charges and many other chargers due to which everything from petrol to food prices are gone up, which people can't afford the same thing that they could afford 5 or 10 years ago. This answer made me do some more research about this controversy and I have come to conclude that more than 60 to 70 percent of farming land belonged to the government which they sold happily to foreign investors soon I feel as that all the white minority farming land will meet the same fate. I am not talking against African majority they deserve a lot more than white minority because of their past experiences during Apartheid regime but I feel like they have an absolutely utterly useless government in power. As common sense I really failed to understand that how can you take away experience farmers land to give away to inexperience farmer that would eventually create food crisis like it did in Zimbabwe which is just next door I mean haven't you learned anything from that scenario. The only solution to this problem could be that the government takes back the farming land from foreign companies to give to African majority and create N.G.O with white farmers to help African farm owner with there experience which I am 100 percent sure they would glad to do so. As a result, South Africa could end up producing more food which will eventually bring the price of food down and with extra, they could end up supplying many other African countries who are in need of food too. Albert Einstein famously said that " the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result".
What do you think?
