Stanley Street in Richmond Hill

Richmond Hill is one of Port Elizabeth's oldest suburb, littered with amazing Victorian homes that have been wonderfully restored. It is filled with newlyweds, young families and retired couples for a really diverse taste of the friendly city. At any given time, neighborhood pets are seen exploring the area, children can be seen playing football in many parks around Stanley Street and couples walking around, hand in hand. Stanley Street runs through the heart of Richmond Hill and bursting with delicious restaurants, cocktail bars, and even a wine bar. Being situated centrally, Stanley Street offers everything for everyone regardless of your age. Everything could be found here from romantic dinners to relaxed drinks with friends and family. The Shipwreck of Sacramento

The Shipwreck is a beautiful sightseen experience near the ocean it gives you inside of past. The Sacramento ( ship's name) was the pride of Portuguese fighting fleet in the 17th century. She ran aground just outside Port Elizabeth on 30th June 1647 in bad weather and just in few minutes she hit the rocky coastline and got badly damaged. The Shipwreck of Sacramento has many dramatic parts and inspiring story's, one of which is the march of the 72 survivors up the coast towards a port in Mozambique, from where they hoped to be sent back to Portugal. They stayed on the beach near the Shipwreck for 11 days and then began their journey to Mozambique. During their journey, almost everyone met their fate in the hands of death, From 72 survivors only 9 of them made it to tell the tail. Arrived in the wonderful city of Port Elizabeth. Port Elizabeth is one of the major city of South Africa commonly known as P.E among locals. Port Elizabeth is situated in Eastern Cape Province and also known as "The Friendly City". Port Elizabeth was founded as a town in 1820 to house British Settlers as a way of strengthening the border region between Cape Colony and Xosa people. Port Elizabeth is also visited by famous explorer Vasco da Gama. In old maps, Port Elizabeth is referred to as landing ground with fresh water but it is also ancestral to Xosa people that settled here 10,000 years ago. Port Elizabeth  Port Elizabeth Map
